Stainless Steel Flanges

Catering to the need of every client we are making SS flanges available at different specifications that are varying differently in dimensions, standards, face types, sizes, and class/pressure, etc. Flange is the cast ring developed for connecting piping sections or joining to pump or pressure vessel. Flanges are joined to one another in the piping system through welding. The types of flanges available are slip-on flanges, weld-neck flanges, blind flanges, spectacle flanges, socket weld flange etc. It is not proposed to use flange connection at the underground piping especially when to be buried. We have a range of flanges that is available to suit various prerequisites.

Stainless Steel Slip-on flanges- It is having hole with a matching piping outside diameter from where pipe passes. Flange is positioned on the piping and fillet welded from outside-inside. It has become ideal for low temperature and pressure applications. It is obtainable in bigger size that is for connecting the large bore piping with plunger of the tank. These flanges are available with a hub and are of forged construction.

SS Socket weld flanges- It is having a female socket in which the pipes are fitted. The fillet welding is done from the piping outside. Generally this one is made in use at the small bore piping and is ideal for low temperature as well as low pressure applications.
